Online Parent/Teacher Conference Sign-up

With the Online Parent/Teacher Conference Sign-Up service parents can click and pick an available parent/teacher conference time slot.

To set up the service, a school administrator logs in to the service and sets up the conference times for each teacher on line. (This might take a minute or two for each teacher-schedule.)

The parent who wants to schedule a conference time has been given a school login, and then creates a personal login to schedule his/her teacher conference. The parent can quickly pick a suitable time slot by immediately seeing all available time slots.

The following lists the Parent/Teacher Conference tool's functions. They are performed in generally the following order. User names and passwords are required to enter the linked areas. If you wish more information please email [email protected]

    2. This is where the schedules are set up. Activities include:
    • Create Schedules
    • Assign Schedules to Teachers
    • Add/Change/Delete Teachers
    • Add/Change/Delete Teacher's Schedules

    • Add/Change/Delete Students
    • Print All Schedules

    3. This is where the parents get to sign-up.

    4. The only thing the teacher needs to do is review the schedule and print it out.
