Online Parent-Teacher Association Volunteer Sign-up
The Online Parent-Teacher Association Volunteer Sign-Up simplifies sign-up for activities by allowing a school group to create event signups with a few clicks. Further, different categories of positions can be offered for each event. Events can be ongoing, or one-time. The events page can also help describe the activity, and help volunteers to select an appropriate event quickly.
To create event signups, the following functions are performed in generally the following order. User names and passwords are required to enter the Administrator area. If you wish more information please email info@teeso.com
- Administrator Functions
This is where most of the work is done! Activities include:
- Create Events
- Create Faculty Chairs positions for an Event
- Create Parent Chairs positions for an Event
- Create Committee Members positions for an Event
- Parent Functions
This is where the parents get to sign-up. One password is required for the parent. Since the parent receives an email when they signup for an event it was not felt that a parent password was needed.
