Our Product Line

Our product line is completely electronic. It is delivered online through a web-based service that connects the key constituencies with each other.

A school group can sign up for the service online, and activate a service online. Thereafter, parents, teachers and students (as determined by the school) are able to log in and make appointments, schedule volunteer time, and send/receive group email as well as simplify administrative upkeep. There are currently three services offered under the TEESO product line; each one is a separate component that can operate independently.

  • Parent Teacher Conferences - With the Online Parent/Teacher Conference Sign-Up service parents can click and pick an available parent/teacher conference time slot


  • PTA/PTO Volunteers - Parents sign up for volunteer activities. Parents post new events on the fly.

  • Mail Blast - Mailblast provides many advanced options for subscribing to and delivering email announcements. Besides making it easy to manage your distribution lists, you can schedule email delivery, and include attachments.
